Hey
everyone, hope this finds you all doing well! My name is Jesse and
I'll be one of the leaders for our upcoming trip to Thailand. I am a Real
Life staffer with AIM, meaning I lead 2-3 Real Life trips a year. So far, I
have led trips to Swaziland(twice) and Peru (twice).

When
I'm not leading trips, I live here in Gainesville helping around the office and
helping with training camps. My desire is to know Jesus and to help others know
Him. I have a passion for Spirit-led discipleship, which just happens to be
something AIM is passionate about as well. So, God+Me+AIM=Makes sense.

I
love to see people experience Jesus (esp. for the first time). I've come to
find out that the Truth of God will always shatter the status quos of society
and break the bonds of religion ("The truth will set you free",
"He who the Son sets free is free indeed", "Where the Spirit of
the Lord is there is freedom"). So that is what I want to share with
people, the Good News of God's grace!

Let's
see...what else? Oh...I enjoy Disc Golf, 24, Survivor, cigar chat, softball,
power tools, the NFL draft, revelation of Truth, the Florida Gators, riding on
a boat down the Amazon, naps in a hammock, quiet time in a tree, baking in my
Easy Bake Oven, Ultimate, murder mystery parties, flushable toilets,
anything that gives me an adrenaline rush, fresh picked mangos, snowboarding,
the Holy Spirit, Ted Dekker books, grace and hope, and of course listening to
some Michael Bolton, hah....I could go on, but I will spare you!  

I
am looking forward to meeting each of you, learning from you, seeing the Lord
Jesus work in you and through you and just doing life with you. I will be
praying for each of you, that God will be preparing your hearts and minds for
this amazing adventure that is to come! Also, I will be getting in
touch with you all soon to touch base and address any questions you might have.
In the meanwhile, please continue to be in prayer for each other and for the
people that God has called us to love and serve in Thailand.
