Let me start by saying that the packing list you were given is comprehensive. If you follow it, you will have everything you need. That list has been created on the shoulders of all those who have gone before you. I don't see anything on there that you don't need or won't use.
However, I want to encourage you...STRONGLY....to pack LIGHT.
You do not need as much as you think you need. The biggest regret most of my India participants had was the amount of stuff they took. They ended up leaving tons of stuff behind because they simply didn't want to carry it home. Remember, YOU will be carrying this stuff around. There aren't a lot of elevators in the 3rd world, so you will be carrying this stuff up stairs or and wherever you go, really. So keep that in mind. You may want to communicate with one another to share things like shampoo and body wash so that you aren't all bringing it.
You will probably end up buying stuff to bring back with you, so remember that when you are packing.
One other thing I want to mention here is tank tops. It will be hot. However, in my experience, tank tops have not been allowed during ministry times. You may want to bring a couple to wear during down times....but just be aware that you probably won't be allowed to wear them during ministry.
Some more things to consider (based on my experience):
Jeans are HEAVY...the more you bring - the more they weigh.
It is nice to dress somewhat nicely every once in a while.
If you bring things that have sentimental value to you, (baby blankets and stuffed animals for example) keep in mind - there is a possibility they will get ruined.
Please keep in mind that these are my SUGGESTIONS.

Here are a few requirements:
1. One jar of nutella. Write across the top in permanent marker...AMANDA
2. A new pair of chacos...any kind...size 8. Blue, green, red, black, brown are acceptable colors. Please also mark with AMANDA.
3. A box of Quaker Granola bars...chocolate chip....again, please also mark with AMANDA.
Do not forget the markings...this is very very important.
Please give these items to me upon arrival as they are very important and will need to be safeguarded by me :) **
