My name is Kali...like Kay-lee. I am 21 and just graduated from the University of South Carolina (Go Cocks!!!) this past May. I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to be on this trip haha, cause of the age limit thing (I'll turn 22 during the trip), haha but here I am, and it's been a pretty interesting road that led me here.  I applied for the World Race last October, another program with AIM, and was originally supposed to have begun my trek around the world in July of this summer, but some stuff went down and I ended up deciding to switch to this trip! It's weird thinking I could be doing something really different right now, but I'm really excited to get to Thailand and meet you all and not be able to imagine anything different :) God is completely sovereign and good.

 

I am from Florence, SC. I'm one of 7 kids, there's 2 boys and 5 girls, and I have a twin. and a dog. I love my family. We are pretty tight.  My family is crazy and loud and hilarious, and somewhat dysfunctional. I like it that way. Although I am not initially loud and crazy.

I was a Wyldlife leader in college, which if you've heard of YoungLife, Wyldlife is the same thing for middle schoolers. I love YoungLife alot. and am obsessed with all my middle school (about to be high school! AAHH!!!) girls.

I also love my church here in Columbia, Midtown Fellowship. They are my family fo sho and I'm sad to leave it.

Hmm...I like being outside and playing sports. I love coffee, the beach, football, music, food, pictures, little kids.
